Our current franchisees come from varied backgrounds of expertise, from salespeople to marketers, teachers to web designers, our successful network of franchisees have a mixture of different skill sets - but they all have one thing in common: a passion to put their skills to use to grow their own business, not someone else’s. 

Q3. What does the initial training process look like for new franchisees? 

At the beginning of your itseeze franchise journey, you’ll gain from a full week of training with our team of experts at Head Office and you will learn everything there is to know about running your own successful web design franchise. After your week of comprehensive training, you’ll get to experience first-hand how our established franchisees run their own profitable franchise businesses. 
 
But, it won’t stop there. The training and support you receive from the team at Head Office is never-ending. As well as the full induction at the outset, you’ll have ongoing opportunities to upskill throughout the whole of your business journey. This will be offered to you through how-to videos, webinars, and training courses. Our aim is to make sure you’re performing at the highest possible level and getting the very most out of your business. 

Q4. How do you help franchisees achieve a work-life balance? 

The itseeze franchise is designed to support our franchisees and their clients. We’ve created a hassle-free system to give our franchisees more time to build their businesses, whilst also allowing them the work-life balance they desire. 
 
Our highly skilled team of in-house web designers, web developers, support officers, finance administrators, and marketing experts are all on hand to make sure your business runs as smoothly as possible. You’ll be fully supported every day of your business journey - meaning that if you take a holiday, you’ll have a team available to help your clients and a residual income that you can rely on whilst you're away. 

Q5. How has the Covid-19 pandemic changed the way the franchise operates? What extra support and assistance are you offering your franchisees during this time? 

At the itseeze franchise, we keep our franchisees at the heart of all our decisions. We always look to take a caring, proactive, and ethical approach to everything that we do. With the unpredictable times we have all faced over the past year, we have done everything that we can to support not just our franchisees, but their clients too. 
 
One of the first things we did to help support our franchisees back in March 2020 was award them all a one-month free pass on their regular franchise support fee. With businesses having to close their doors due to the UK going into full lockdown, this provided our franchisees with some financial leeway at a time when their cash flows were expected to take a hit. 
 
Additionally, we increased our support by introducing a fortnightly Zoom call with the whole franchise network. Hosted by our Franchise Development Manager, Alex Brook, these ongoing meetings are filled with best practice advice and training by our Head Office team and third party trainers. The Zoom meetings have also been a great way to share information across the network, whilst also allowing franchisees to support one another. 
 
As well as our franchisees, we’ve also supported all of our family of clients throughout the pandemic too: through payment suspensions, a COVID-19 response page, informing them of useful financial support that is available, tips to help their business to grow online, recommendations to add to their websites, and national webinars to help them upskill on their digital marketing efforts. 

Q6. What plans do you have for the franchise over the next few years in a post-Covid economy? 

At the itseeze franchise our aim is to continue to expand our thriving network of franchisees throughout the UK and Ireland. We’ll also be working on streamlining our systems and Head Office staff responsibilities in our web development and marketing departments to focus on business growth, as well as helping our franchisees at a national level to ensure they get the very most out of their it’seeze businesses. 
 
Here at itseeze, we’re always looking to keep our website offering up-to-date with the latest web trends, helping our franchisees to sell websites to their clients that have the very latest specs. Our web development team will be looking to develop the itseeze Shop package even further over the next few years, to help our itseeze clients get the maximum benefit from their ecommerce websites. 
 
Our marketing team are also going to be busy as we plan to invest more time and resources into our national itseeze marketing campaigns, to help further increase brand awareness and authority across the UK. This will help our franchisees to increase their business recognition on both a local and national scale, whilst supporting them further with marketing their itseeze businesses.
