it'seeze franchisees: Alex Crees, Matt Hambleton & Stephen Bennett
We're thrilled to announce that the it’seeze family has just grown a little bigger! Three new franchisees have joined our dynamic team, each bringing their unique skills, passion, and enthusiasm to their respective regions. We recently sat down with Matt Hambleton, who will be leading it'seeze Horsham, Alex Crees, the new face of it'seeze Cardiff, and Stephen Bennett, who will be taking the reins at it'seeze Penzance

In these candid conversations, our newest franchisees shared their experiences of Discovery Day, where they got a first taste of what it means to be part of the it’seeze network, as well as their insights from the intensive training week. Each of them reflected on the support they’ve received so far and the exciting challenges and opportunities they’re looking forward to in their new careers.

Read on to discover what inspired Matt, Alex, and Stephen to embark on this journey with it’seeze, and how they plan to make their mark in the digital marketing world.

Start Your Franchise Journey With It'seeze

If you’ve been thinking about joining a franchise business but are unsure where to start or whether it’s a good investment, let us help you. Franchising gives you a great opportunity to build your own business with a lower investment risk and the valuable support of the franchisor’s considerable knowledge and experience.

That’s not to say you won’t have hurdles to overcome; every business does. It’s also not a guarantee to growth and success; that takes hard work and commitment. But it does give you a great opportunity

What initially drew you to it'seeze as a franchise opportunity?

Alex: “Well I was looking for a new challenge, I saw it’seeze and I was really taken by how simple everything is, what’s offered and the competitive pricing.”

Matt: “I was exploring potential opportunities and stumbled upon this [it’seeze] online, did my research and it was too good of an opportunity to turn down.”

Stephen: “It’seeze just seems a way of offering small businesses a full service without me having to do the whole thing myself. The fact that it’s all UK based, as well, is a huge draw.”

How will your previous experience help you be a success at it’seeze?

Matt: “For my previous company I was the franchise manager. Speaking to people who had good experience and know how in digital marketing and advertisement, it was nice to bounce off each other and gain more experience and knowledge along the way. That’s what piqued my interest in franchising. I’ve learnt what not to do, doing things my own way has been successful.”

Stephen: “I’ve had a lot of experience helping small businesses build websites. I have an understanding of what they need but what I’ve struggled with in the past is building something that has good design. I don’t think you can be a good website builder and good website designer, those skills come from different individuals so working in a small team is hugely value. It’s something I couldn’t achieve on my own.”

Has there been any part of this process that has surprised you or exceeded your expectations?

Alex: “Training week has been really informative, lots of information which is great.”

Matt: “The value has exceeded my expectations by far. We’re getting so much support, help and different systems to use. The value of the package is exceptional. As I said before, it’s too good of an opportunity to miss out on.”

Stephen: “What has exceeded my expectations is all the back-office stuff. Which means I can focus of meeting people and not have to worry about billing and chasing for content, things like that. All of that side of things are remarkable, it seems like it’s designed to make it as easy as possible.”

What advice would you give to someone considering joining it'seeze as a franchisee?

Alex: “I’d say go for it! Give it a try, if you’re thinking about it and it’s something that you want to do just give it a go, it’s easy.”

Matt: “To get in touch and do it! It seems like the safest way to go self-employed.”

Stephen: “Come and have a look, that’s probably the most important thing. The best way to learn about it [it’seeze] is come and see it.”

What excites you most about being part of the it'seeze franchise?

Alex: “It’s about helping businesses grow and develop.”

Matt: “I can do things my own way with the support of you guys from head office. Also, the idea of being the go-to web design consultant, digital marketing expert in my area and building those relationships with people.”

Stephen: “The most exciting thing is being able to go out there and offer people something that’s polished and something I can feel proud about offering. Also knowing that there’s all the backup and support to help my customers. I know there’s a strong team here. One of the scary issues of doing it on my own before was that there was no one to call when things went wrong and that’s not the case now.”
