A week’s training, plus a day with a franchisee
Our 5-day training course at our Devon Head Office will cover all aspects of running your it’seeze franchise business. From how our websites work to winning new clients, you’ll receive hands-on coaching and expert guidance to make sure you’re ready to get going. Once you’ve completed our in-depth training programme, you’ll head out for a day with an established franchisee. You’ll see first-hand how they run their web design business – networking, managing the day-to-day operations, and meeting potential clients.
Ongoing opportunities to upskill
As well as receiving a full induction from the outset, you’ll also have multiple opportunities to upskill throughout your franchise journey - whether it be through how-to videos, webinars, or training courses with Head Office or third-party trainers, either online or face-to-face. This ensures you always stay ahead of the curve in terms of your knowledge and skills.
A dedicated point of contact
You’ll be backed by all the team here at the it’seeze Head Office, but from day one you’ll benefit from having the personal support of our experienced franchise development manager Alex Brook. He'll always be on hand to answer your questions, guide you through each stage of your business growth, and offer assistance whenever you need it; and you’ll have regular catch ups with him via email, over the phone, and in person too.
Online support centre and forum
Our online support centre is full of helpful information – from sales tips to full video tutorials, we ensure that you always have access to tools, information, and marketing assets that will help you drive your business forward. We also have dedicated forums for franchisees and Head Office staff to post topics for discussion. Once a year, everyone involved in the it'seeze franchise gets together for the annual conference.
