Phil Revill The it’seeze sales record holder

Growing tired of his long daily commute to work and extensive working hours in his employed role, Phil decided to take a leap of faith to pursue his dream of being his own boss with hope to gain “freedom and “flexibility” in his working day.
After some extensive research, Phil decided that he wanted a business with a proven business model. Because of this, he began to look into franchising.
“After researching a variety of companies, it was the it’seeze franchise that really appealed to me as a viable and sustainable online franchise business”, Phil said. “Most of the other web design franchises I researched didn’t have a range of products that I felt would be in high enough demand”.

Phil is breaking records

8 successful years later, Phil has not only gained the work-life balance he desired, he’s also established a thriving it’seeze web design business that continues to rapidly grow month on month - and he’s also recently achieved the honourable title of it’seeze sales record holder!
“I’ve gone from knowing zero about running my own business, to advising clients, other business owners, and friends on it.”

The key to Phil’s success

After beginning his franchise journey and growing his business substantially from the offset, Phil realised that he needed to “work on the business, not in it”. With this in mind, a few years into his business he decided to look into outsourcing some of his responsibilities. This is when he met his virtual assistant, Sarah. “Having Sarah means that I can free up my time to concentrate on growing my business”, he said. “I couldn’t do it without her. She supports my clients, runs my diary, and brings her own experience to my business”.

An ever expanding business

Phil has achieved a massive amount of success with his it’seeze franchise over the years. So, what’s next? “I’m happy where I am, right now”, Phil said. “I’ve now got everything I wanted”
However, like every business, there’s always room for expansion! Phil is now looking at expanding his region and starting his own networking groups in his local area.
“I had very few local small business connections when I started, so networking and getting to know people has been the main route. I’ve gone from not being known to being the go-to person for websites!”
